Poway 4-H kicked off the month of November by earning community service hours volunteering for the non-profit organization, Anvil of Hope. Youth members helped by collecting and sorting donations that will be given to families in need.

Poway 4-H’s projects are in full swing. So far this month Vet Science, Poultry, Dairy Goats, Goat Packing, Swine and Crafts have met with many more to come like Outdoor Adventures, Dogs, Reptiles and Sewing. There is something for everyone to enjoy!

Coming up: Poway 4-H will be at the Poway Farmers Market on Saturday, November 27, 2021, from 8am-1pm. We will be selling handmade crafts and sharing some surprise guests. We will also be at Poway’s Christmas in the Park on Saturday, December 11, 2021, from 3:30pm - 8:30pm. We will have crafts to share and will be selling goat milk soap made by the youth members with their own goats’ milk! We look forward to seeing you at these events!
