An extracurricular activity like no other...Poway 4-H belongs to San Diego County 4-H which is offered in conjunction with the University of California Cooperative Extension to provide experiences where young people learn by doing.
Youth participate in hands-on, research-based projects, in a positive environment with guidance from adult mentors. Club members are encouraged to take on proactive leadership roles. Many projects are led by Teen Leaders and Community Meetings are run by the youth leadership team. Poway 4-H empowers young people with the skills to lead for a lifetime.
