Each month Poway 4-H has a Community Meeting where the members go through the business parts of the club, like reviewing the budget, recapping old business and events, discussing new business, announcing upcoming events, planning community service and more.  These meetings are run by the teen officers in a parliamentary style where youth learn Robert’s Rules of Order to make motions and vote. While the youth are at the meeting the parents can step away to ask the parent volunteers and leaders questions about the club and discuss opportunities and upcoming events.
